Sportsman's Box Membership Terms

At Sportsman's Box, we offer a variety of Sportsman's Box Memberships (each, a “Membership”). Please review these Sportsman's Box Membership Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Membership you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Memberships and Gift Memberships are continuous and automatically renew unless you cancel or we terminate your account. 

By purchasing a Membership, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms and Conditions.

1. All Memberships that are considered Monthly Memberships. A “Monthly” Membership consists of an initial monthly product box (each, a “Box”) and a payment that is charged monthly, but the box ships according to the frequency you choose. 

2. Frequency of Box Delivery. Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly.  Your initial box to your membership will ship within a few business days.  Then boxes will ship between the 15th and 28th of the respective month according to your box frequency choice. 

Monthly - Shipped Every Month  

Quarterly - Shipped in March, June, Sept, Dec 

If you sign up for a Membership, you will be immediately billed (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) and your first Box or a Welcome Box will be the first box you receive. The Welcome Box is offered in between months or quarters and may contain past seasons’ products and other products. The specific box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged up to a month in advance of the subsequent box shipment date, and every month thereafter. 

Memberships automatically renew each month(i.e., calendar quarter) and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged as described above. 

3. Extended Monthly Memberships (Yearly, Bi-Yearly, Yearly). If you choose an Extended Month Membership, your subscription will include the same Boxes as you would receive under a Monthly Membership. If you sign up for an Extended Month Membership, you will be immediately billed (as a non-refundable minimum purchase). 

Extend Month Memberships automatically renew monthly respective to your number of months choosen (which does not the Welcome Box as your first box) and, unless you timely cancel, you that will be considered beginning the next term.

Choosing a Yearly or Bi-Yearly plan and paying the discounted monthly price, you enter into an agreement with us to commit to that term of service with us. Breaking this agreement you agree to be bound by the cancellation fee's described below.

4. Cancellation Policy. Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Memberships. 

In order to cancel your Subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at servingyou@sportsmansbox.com, indicate that you wish to cancel and help us improve by letting us know why you are cancelling; (b) Head over to Contact Us HERE and request cancellation. Cancellation fee's:
Monthly Plan - None
Bi-Yearly and Yearly Plans - if you wish to cancel your plan, you will be charged 50% of your remaining term of the plan according to the agreement. Cancellation can take effect immidately with successful terminating payment so that it does not renew again.

Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the Membership renewal. 

5. Select Memberships. Each Box contains a random assortment of Product gear, calls, sprays or the like.  

6. Add-Ons. Every season we may offer additional, discounted products that Members may add to that season’s Box (“Add-Ons”). Add-Ons for Members are billed at time of purchase and Added to next shipment. 

7. Shipping and Taxes. Stated prices for Membership and merchandise do not include any customs duties, sales, use, value-added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. You are solely responsible for the payment of such taxes related to your purchase. We may charge you for any taxes that we believe we are required to pay or collect related to your purchase. 

8. Data Transfers. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.

9. The Patron's Club membership offers a 100% money back guarantee based on the qualifications below. The Patron's Club membership is also the only membership that a money back guarantee applies to.

If a Coupon Code is used when purchasing and joining the Patron's Club, the 100% money back guarantee becomes null and void.

If we could not save you over $100 throughout the 1st year of your Patron's Club membership on additional gear purchases and hunting or fishing trips booked through us, you are eligible for the money back guarantee. If we do save you over $100 on gear and trips the money back guarantee becomes null and void. After the 1st full year of service if no cancellation or money back guarantee is requested, the money back guarantee becomes null and void.

We calculate the saving's based of the MSRP of a trip of the item of gear.

If you purchase an item with an MSRP of $300 from us and you pay $180 on the item, we saved you over $100 and the money back guarantee is void.

If you purchase a hunting or fishing trip through us, and the MSRP is $5,000 and you pay just $4,500 through us, that is considered a $500 saving's.
